Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policies

 

Our client satisfaction is paramount to us.

 

Payment at Time of Service

Full payment is required at the completion of your appointment. All promotional offers, vouchers, and discounted packages must be paid in full and in advance.

 

Default and Recovery Costs

In the event of non-payment, you agree to indemnify The Greville Clinic Medical & Skin Laser for all costs incurred in recovering the debt. These recovery costs will be added to the original amount owed and are recoverable as a liquidated debt.

 

Accepted Payment Methods

The Greville Clinic accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Visa Card
  • Master Card
  • American Express Card
  • Afterpay
  • Zip Money
Please note that card and merchant provider fees apply to all card payments processed in‑clinic or via our online portals.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

The Greville Clinic will provide refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to an exchange or refund of a product or service where it is:
• faulty;
• substantially unfit for its specified purpose and cannot be remedied within a reasonable timeframe;
• unsafe or creates an unsafe situation; or
• significantly different from its description/sample.

If there is a problem with a supplied product or service, and it can be remedied, we will attempt to remedy it within a reasonable time. If remediation is not possible, the above will apply, and you may be entitled to an exchange or refund.

Customer results may and do vary, and as such, we do not provide a guarantee on treatment results. No refund or exchange will be provided if the service or product did not provide the desired result, this excludes any faults or major problems as outlined in the above.

No refund or exchange is provided for a change of mind.

Treatments/Services/ Vouchers are not transferable to other customers unless otherwise agreed to by The Greville Clinic manager. If a transfer is agreed, a service fee or charge may apply.

Refunds can only be processed personally in clinic to a card with the same name as the person who purchased the treatment. Under no circumstances will a phone refund to a card be possible as our merchant facility provider not accept liability for this type of transaction. Third‑party merchant fees are non‑refundable, and a service fee of 20% or $50 minimum may apply.

 

Cancellations

At least 24 hours prior notice must be given for any appointment change or cancellation.

If less than 24 hours prior notice of cancellation is not provided, or if you do not attend your booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain any deposit or booking fee paid and / or redeem a treatment from your package.

 

Cosmetic Aesthetic Treatments

A booking fee of $50 applies to all Cosmetic Aesthetic treatments

 

Promotions

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount. Promotions must be redeemed within 2 months from date of purchase.

Treatment Vouchers

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount. Treatment Vouchers are to be paid in advance, alternatively a $50 booking fee applies. Treatment vouchers are valid for 14 days and must be booked-in within this period. Treatments must be completed within 2 months from date voucher received.

 

Packages

Treatment packages must be redeemed within the following periods, after which time, any unused treatments will be forfeited:

  • Skin & Laser packages of 3 treatments or less, must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Skin & Laser packages of 4-8 treatments, must be redeemed within 12 months from date of purchase.
  • Skin & Laser packages of 9 or more treatments must be redeemed within 18 months from date of purchase.
  • Fat Freezing or Body Sculpting Packages must be redeemed within 12 months from date of purchase.
  • HIFU Skin Tightening Packages must be redeemed within 12 months from date of purchase.

 

Package Refunds

If a partial package refund is requested and is agreed to by The Greville Clinic manager, the refund amount will be calculated as follows: The full recommended retail price for a single treatment multiplied by the number of treatments provided will be calculated. If the amount paid by the client is higher than the value of treatments calculated as above, a refund equal to the difference will be given.

 

General

  • By booking an appointment or purchasing products or services with The Greville Clinic, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • The clinic reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Updated terms will be made available via our website or in‑clinic.
