This variant adds a top-level Concerns mega-menu that groups concerns by area — Skin, Face and Body — so someone navigating by their PROBLEM (e.g. cellulite, stubborn fat, double chin) has one clear path, sitting alongside the treatment-led groups for people who navigate by treatment. Desktop: hover (or tap) a group to open its mega-menu. Mobile: tap the gold menu button, then a group.
